7) In general, there is little demand for medical PCB, but more process requirements, such as HDI, back drilling, multiple pressing, mixed pressing, high precision, special impedance, thick copper, thick gold, embedded copper block, etc. The price focus will be very low, which is different from the ordinary PCB board.
In all medical PCB boards, FR-4 is the most widely used. For medical PCB design, the choice of FR-4 board will be different according to the positioning of its own products and the control of the price of raw materials. For large hospital institutions, the reliable PCB board should be selected.
